Who can use Steady

Qualified Institutional Investors Only

Steady is offered exclusively to qualified institutional investors. It is not offered to retail investors. Access to the primary market requires completing our onboarding process, including full KYC/AML documentation and a minimum investment threshold (see How to acquire and redeem Steady).

Jurisdictional Restrictions

Steady is not available in every jurisdiction. Most importantly:

• Steady does not serve U.S. customers and does not operate in the U.S. market. Because Steady has no U.S. operations and no U.S. clients, U.S. frameworks such as the Clarity Act are not applicable to it.
• Additional jurisdictional restrictions may apply. Steady cannot be offered everywhere, and eligibility is confirmed as part of the onboarding process.
