Steady operates from Germany and Switzerland. The issuing entity is Steady Protocol (Europe) GmbH, under German law. Our banking relationships are with regulated Swiss banking partners, and our AML framework combines European regulatory standards with the operational rigor of our banking partners (see Proof of reserves & audit approach and the Transparency Portal).
